iPickle, Southern California’s largest and fastest growing pickleball management company, has an immediate opening for a Pickleball Manager at its Riverside location.

This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified candidate to help establish and grow a pickleball program at our Tennis & Pickleball Center. We are looking for a fun, enthusiastic pickleball enthusiast who will be the face of pickleball at the facility. The Pickleball Manager will be responsible for creating pickleball class schedules, social activities, leagues, tournaments and special events. The successful candidate will organize court times and will be responsible for hiring and managing teaching professionals.

Currently the facility has 4 dedicated pickleball courts and an additional 4 “dual use” courts on shared tennis courts.

The Pickleball Manager may, or may not, also teach pickleball at the facility. To be considered to be the Head Pickleball Professional (& Manager), the candidate should have a minimum DUPR rating of 4.5+. To be considered only for the Manager position, a minimum playing level is not required.

Applicants will be evaluated based upon work experience, demonstrated management capability, leadership qualities, education, playing experience and ability to create and administer new programming. Experience with social media is a plus.

Compensation will be hourly pay up to 30 hours per week.

Candidates who also seek to be the Head Teaching Professional at the facility can earn additional pay from teaching, but will have reduced administrative responsibilities as the program grows to capacity.

Yearly bonuses will be based upon performance of the program and facilities profit.

Preference will be given to candidates who live in the inland empire.
