South Pas Holiday Bash

Dear iPickle family,

Join us for a joyful weekend of friendly competition, community spirit, and giving back at the South Pas Holiday Bash Tournament & Fundraiser, hosted by iPickle! This special holiday event brings players together not just for great pickleball, but for a meaningful cause. 

100% of the proceeds will go directly to Let’s Teach, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to expanding access to pickleball in underserved communities. Let’s Teach empowers youth through physical activity, leadership development, and teamwork—helping kids and adults build lifelong skills both on and off the court. Learn more at lets-teach.org

Tournament Format & Divisions
Each division will be capped to ensure high-quality play and smooth scheduling.
Once a division reaches capacity, teams may join a waiting list or opt to enter another qualifying division.

Registration will be first come, first served, and spots are expected to fill quickly—so secure your entry early!

Men’s Doubles (12+, 40+)
2.5, 3.0, 3.5, 4.0, 4.5, 5.0

Sunday, December 28
Mixed Doubles (12+, 40+)
3.0, 3.5, 4.0, 4.5, 5.0

(eg. 9:00am-12:00pm, 1:00pm-4:00pm, 5:00pm-8:00pm)
Exact play times are subject to change.

Play Courts
6 permanent courts, 12 additional lined courts

Format
Continuous Round Robin play with guaranteed minimum of 5-10 games depending on bracket size.

Ball/Rules
Franklin X-40 will be the Official Tournament Ball.
USAP 2025 Pickleball Rules will govern.

ONLY USAP approved paddles allowed.
Please note:  all players are required to ensure their paddles are USA Pickleball approved.  Players
found to be using delisted or unapproved paddles will be required to change paddles and risk forfeiting games played.
(subject to Tournament Director discretion).

Entry Fees:
$70 per person
10% discount for iPickle facility members
10% discount for Early Bird Registrations until December 1 at 11:59PM
Final Registration Deadline is Monday, December 22 at 11:59PM

**Late Registration Fee of $15 will be in place for unpaid partners that are listed on the roster sheet and are registering after the deadline.

DUPR
All scores will be posted to DUPR with the exception of the prize money Open divisions.  Players should register for free DUPR account if they have not done so already at MyDupr.com. You will also need to join the iPickle DUPR Club, which can be found at this link. Neither player on a team may have a DUPR rating higher than the division entered (eg. a 3.5 male may not play in 3.5 mixed division with a 4.05 woman as the woman is not eligible).

Every player will receive a free gift as well as a chance to win raffle prizes all throughout the day.

Credit from Previous Rain-Outs/Rescheduling Conflicts
If you have credit from a previous iPickle tournament due to rain-outs/rescheduling conflicts, please email our team and we will be more than happy to apply the credit towards your Jingle Ball registration

Registration process
Click on the buttons below to start registration process. You may only register for yourself. Your partner must also register separately and your team registration will not be complete until both players have registered and paid.  IMPORTANT – Space is limited. If both partners are not registered, the spot may be filled with another team that is fully registered. You will be asked to identify your partner and your level, DUPR rating and age group during the registration process.

REFUNDS:
If you notify us that you need to drop out more than 48 hours before the start of the tournament, we will issue a full refund.

If you notify us from 48 hours to 1 hour before the start of the tournament, we will issue a credit that can be used towards a future iPickle tournament. 

If you fail to show up without notifying us that you are dropping out, we cannot issue any credit or refund.
