PRO DIVISION PRIZE MONEY:
Men’s & Women’s Pro Singles
$1,500 for each Open Division
• 1st Place: $700
• 2nd Place: $500
• 3rd Place: $300

*Division will be cancelled if 12 player minimum is not reached*

Men’s & Women’s Pro Doubles 
$4,000 for each Open division (Minimum 10 teams required)
• 1st place team: $2,000
 2nd place team: $1,200
• 3rd place team: $800

COURTS:
52 courts (16 permanent courts, 12 dual-lined courts and 24 additional lined courts)

FORMAT:
Continuous Round Robin play with guaranteed minimum of 5 games. Depending on bracket size, full tournament play can range between 5-10 games (additional games if divisions have playoff rounds).

OFFICIAL TOURNAMENT BALL/RULES:
Franklin X-40 
USAP 2025 Pickleball Rules will govern play, however, this is not a USAP sanctioned event.
iPickle retains right to make exceptions to USAP rules in its sole discretion to ensure fun and fair competition for all (eg. we might award two teams the same medal in the event we have made an administrative error in tabulating results).

ONLY USAP approved paddles allowed.
Please note:  all players are required to ensure their paddles are USA Pickleball approved.  Players
found to be using delisted or unapproved paddles will be required to change paddles and risk forfeiting games played.
Open division players risk forfeiting prize money and medals if an infraction has occurred but not brought to our attention
until after play has completed (subject to Tournament Director discretion).

10% discount for iPickle facility members
10% discount for Early Bird registration by Friday, September 19 
Final Registration Deadline is Monday, October 6 at 11:59PM

*Please keep in mind that the NEW registration deadline for all Slam events is two Mondays before the tournament weekend (as opposed to Monday the week of)

**Late Registration Fee of $15 will be in place for unpaid partners that are listed on the roster sheet and are registering after the deadline. Please email spookyslam@ipickle.com to complete your registration.

Space is not guaranteed for players once registration is closed. Final day for late registration is Friday, October 10**

DUPR:
All scores will be posted to DUPR with the exception of the prize money Open divisions.  Players should register for free DUPR account if they have not done so already at MyDupr.com. You will also need to join the iPickle DUPR Club, which can be found at this link. Neither player on a team may have a DUPR rating higher than the division entered (eg. a 3.5 male may not play in 3.5 mixed division with a 4.05 woman as the woman is not eligible).

AWARDS:
Custom Glow-in-the-Dark Spooky Slam medals will be awarded to 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place finishers. In cases where age divisions are combined, medals may be given to the top three overall finishers, regardless of age group.

FREE GIFT:
Every player will receive a free gift.

REGISTRATION PROCESS:
Click on the buttons below to start registration process. You may only register for yourself. Your partner must also register separately and your team registration will not be complete until both players have registered and paid. You will be asked to identify your partner and your level, DUPR rating and age group during the registration process. Both players must be fully-registered to play. 

Both players must be fully-registered to play. If a player fails to pay the registration fee by the day of the tournament, the team will be withdrawn from the bracket.

REFUNDS:
If you notify us that you need to drop out more than 48 hours before the start of the tournament, we will issue a full refund.

If you notify us from 48 hours to 1 hour before the start of the tournament, we will issue a credit that can be used towards a future iPickle tournament. 

If you fail to show up without notifying us that you are dropping out, we cannot issue any credit or refund.
